Deliveries
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days, with delivery times depending on location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@gogoijewels.com with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
